The popular Habitat Helpers preschool day camp programs return this summer at the Montour Preserve via the Vernal School Environmental Education Partnership. Sessions are designed for ages 3-6.

Each program day is based on a specific local habitat. Students will learn all about it through hands-on exploration and snack, finishing the class with a themed project that improves their backyard. Programs run 9-11 a.m. each day.

• Woodland habitat is June 3 and July 8
• Wetland habitat is June 4 and July 9
• Grassland habitat June 5 and July 10
• Soil habitat is June 10 and July 15
• Aquatic habitat is June 11 and July 16
• Personal habitat is June 12 and July 17
